Let's Go There Soon

Some new research shows that even the simple act of planning a vacation can boost your happiness and even increase your energy levels.

I was reading a recent survey, from researcher Michelle Gielan, showed that 97 percent of respondents reported having a trip planned makes them happier. Seventy-one percent of respondents felt greater levels of energy when they had a trip planned in the next six months.

I feel this research could not be more true. Having a trip on the books builds up your anticipation for that trip, it can give you the opportunity to tune out daily life's stresses for a moment when you think about your upcoming trip. It just gives you something to look forward too.

We have so much to do, explore, and experience in our own backyard and this has just the inspiration to help us plan your next trip. Let’s go there, soon
